The Morgan Legal Group is evaluating claims for veterans and active-duty military personnel who have experienced hearing damage or tinnitus because of defective 3M Combat Arms Earplugs (Version 2 — CAEv2). If you are a veteran who served in the United States Military between 2003 and 2015 and used 3M earplugs, you may have a claim for damages for the injuries caused to you because of defective 3M Combat Arms Earplugs.
3M provided earplugs to the U.S. military for its soldiers to use in combat in order to protect the hearing of soldiers.
The earplugs were designed by 3M to block out loud noises associated with combat while allowing soldiers to hear orders.
3M knew and failed to notify the United States Military that the plugs were faulty. The faulty earplugs provided by 3M to our military personnel may have caused our veterans to sustain partial or complete hearing loss and suffer from tinnitus.
